It is the most visited park in Brazil and is located in the central portion of Rio. As it does not have a continuous territory, is integrated into the urban area of the city.
The Tijuca Forest is part of Rio’s history and has many curiosities, it mixes in a fascinating way with the city and the Carioca’s lifestyle.
It is one of the greatest Eco spots of Rio, covered by Atlantic Rainforest with beautiful flora and fauna and many waterfalls, rivers and lakes, caves, mountains.

• Recommendations: wear light clothes and hiking shoes, bring a small backpack with water (1.5L, per person), snacks, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, cap or hat, sunglasses, cash for extras.
• Vista Chinesa (Chinese Belvedere) – visitation only on weekdays, except local holidays.
