• Meeting point: Flamengo’s Beach or Urca’s Beach (Depending on sea conditions)
• Level: moderate
• Kayak duration: 3 hours (approx)
• Activity lenght: 7,5 km / 4,6 miles (approx)
• Recommendations: wear light clothes, swimming suits and sandals, bring water, snacks, mosquito repellent, dry clothes for changing, sunscreen, towel, cap or hat, sunglasses, cash for extras. (If you wear glasses, bring strap band to avoid it from falling into the water).
