Starting at Flamengo’s Beach or Urca’s Beach, we are able to visit many points of interest inside Guanabara Bay like Downtown of Rio and Fiscal Island. With ideal conditions, we will head canoeing to open sea and visit Fora Beach, just beneath the amazing Sugar Loaf mountain, where we will stop to cool down and swim for a while.

• Recommendations: wear light clothes, swimming suits and sandals, bring water, snacks, mosquito repellent, dry clothes for changing, sunscreen, towel, cap or hat, sunglasses, cash for extras. (If you wear glasses, bring strap band to avoid it from falling into the water).
