About this tour

Held at Barra da Tijuca Beach an amazing and beautiful place in West Zone of Rio.
This beach offers ideal conditions for beginners or experienced. We provide all equipment for the practice of Surf.
The instructor will guide you through the different types of equipment, basic paddling, steering techniques, and optimal posture and positioning.
It is an excellent fitness option, strengthening arms, legs, abdomen, as well as improving balance and concentration.

* Details:

• Start times: from 08am to 12pm
• Surf duration: 1 hour (approx.)
• Meeting point: Barra da Tijuca beach.
• Recommendations: Wear light clothes, swimming suits, avoid objects that can fall into the water (jewelry, glasses, etc), bring water, snacks, mosquito repellent, dry clothes for changing, towel, sunscreen, cap or hat and cash for extras.
